Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the BlueTree mobile application and related services (the “Platform”), operated by BlueTree LLC (“BlueTree,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By accessing or using BlueTree, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Overview of the Platform

BlueTree is a marketplace that helps student entrepreneurs showcase and offer products or services to other users. BlueTree does not itself provide products or services listed on the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

By using BlueTree, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining accurate account information
  
  

• Safeguarding your login credentials
  
  

• All activity occurring under your account
  
  

BlueTree may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Entrepreneurs (Service Providers)

If you create a business on BlueTree, you agree that:

• You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your listings
  
  

• You are responsible for fulfilling services or delivering products
  
  

• You are responsible for complying with applicable laws and regulations
  
  

BlueTree does not guarantee demand, bookings, or revenue.

5. Consumers (Buyers)

Consumers may browse, book, or purchase from entrepreneurs listed on BlueTree.

BlueTree is not responsible for the quality, safety, or outcome of services or products provided by entrepreneurs.

6. Payments & Fees

BlueTree uses Stripe as a third-party payment processor.

Platform Fee

BlueTree charges a 5% service fee on transactions processed through the Platform.

This fee may change in the future with notice.

Payment Processing

• Payments are processed by Stripe
  
  

• BlueTree does not store full payment card information
  
  

• Stripe’s terms also apply to transactions
  
  

7. Off-Platform Transactions

Entrepreneurs and consumers may choose to transact outside of BlueTree.

BlueTree is not responsible for off-platform transactions.

8. Content

You retain ownership of content you upload but grant BlueTree a non-exclusive license to display and use it in connection with the Platform.

You may not upload unlawful, misleading, or infringing content.

9. Termination

You may stop using BlueTree at any time.

BlueTree may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

10. Disclaimers

BlueTree is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BlueTree shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of BlueTree after changes constitutes acceptance.
